Online application available on request $39.95 background check fee per adult applicant Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Cats and dogs okay with $200 refundable pet deposit. Owner pays for water, sewage, and garbage. Tenant pays for electric. No smoking allowed indoors, but OK on balcony.
