Extending north from the Navy Yard between Capitol Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, Capitol Riverfront is one of DC's fastest-growing neighborhoods. The popular Anacostia Riverwalk Trail begins in the neighborhood, near the intersection of 11th Street and M Street. This mixed-use neighborhood began as an industrial area; today, it is a trendy mix of office buildings, lofts, apartments, shopping areas, and parks. Yards Park, a 42-acre park along the river, offers beautiful river views and trails. It is the site of many local events, including the Friday Night concert series. It has been a great several months. No pests and front desk people are great. Amenities are very good as well - pool chairs are limited and I wish pool was on the roof but still quite nice.

Absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and newly renovated with lots of closet space. The amenities are great and well maintained. The staff is amazing and is very professional yet friendly (especially Tish and Brittany at the front desk). Will be sad moving out of the building when that time eventually comes.

Love it here! Front desk is a breath of fresh air. Other staff members are extremely nice. The area is ideal. I enjoy the apartment spacing. I do wish we had a dog grooming area.

The building is older, but a good value for the price. The staff is really great and the residents don't cause any problems. The building feels safe overall and is much better than some of the other buildings in the area. Super pet friendly!

I’m going on year three and living in 909 has been a very pleasant experience. With the crime rate rising in The District of Columbia I do wish that Bozzuto would consider some type of security like the other buildings in the neighborhood to KEEP THEIR RESIDENTS SAFE.

909 is a great building to live in! It is clear this building cares about community. The amenities are great, the events are great, but most importantly 909 does a great job of making this feel like home. It made the transition to moving to a new city so much easier. I love our apartment.

The building has been really great for the time I've been here for. It has the largest floor plan space than the rest of the other available apartments in the neighborhood at competitive price. The only issue I've had were clogged drains and the laundry machine. Maintenance in this build is really quick to address these issues within a day after submitting a request. Overall, it's been a great experience for me so far.

My experience here has been great so far. The staff is super friendly and they have a 24hr concierge desk. Occasionally they do fun little events here, such as Resident Appreciation Day and allowing a plant shop to vendor inside. It's only a two minute at most walk from Whole foods. The metro is close as well. They do have underground parking...but it costs $200/month. That may be pricey for some people. I can't think of much cons for the place. The location is good and the people are nice. I plan to live here a couple years if all continues to go well

Large apartment, great sound proofing. Some floor plans inefficiently use space. Maintenance team sometimes takes the easy way out rather than fixing the underlying problem.

The apartment building is quite nice. You get by far the largest apartments for the price in Navy yard. The front desk people are always so nice and they learn your name and always greet you. The building has a gym, movie theater, business center, conference room, and pool which is great. The facilities are always very clean. There are guest parking spots you can reserve (paid after the first 24 hours) and even a guest suite in the building you can reserve (paid). My only complaint is the payment portal is confusing and the first few months you have to double check the amounts so as to not overpay (I was double charged fees) however the leasing office is quick to fix the errors.

I moved in two years ago and the experience was amazing! Ms. Joni the head concierge made my transition smooth! Mike and Malik ((Maintenance)) are also both amazing and on point. The experience at 909 is still just as amazing today as it was when I first moved in.

Staff is awesome, good location, very quiet never hear neighbors. Lots of dogs in the building and people are very friendly. Maintenance is very responsive.

Living here has been amazing. Everyone is so nice & welcoming. This is my first apartment, so far its been very lovely. I like that we have events & the “pet of the month” is cute

Large apartment homes, with amazing and responsive customer service. The building is a little older and showing it's age, but it's kept clean. Ms. Joni and the Concierge team are the reason for my rating. They make you feel valued and they go above and beyond for residents. Unfortunately, the 35% rate adjustment with no upgrades to an older building with dated amenities made me take up residence in another property.

Great location and spacious apartment homes! I feel safe coming and going. My neighbors are courteous and friendly. The 909 Staff strives to satisfy its residents. I would def sign on for another year!

909 Capital Yards is located in a gentrified neighborhood with lots of green space, restaurants and community activities. If you are concerned about space, It is a more spacious building compared to the other buildings in the neighborhood. The M-F evening Conceirge is very attentive to the residents and provides awesome customer service. If I was given the opportunity to update one of the amenities provided by Kingsley, it would be the gym equipment. Overall this is a great building
