Lovely furnished condominium home for a 3 to 9 month stay on Georgia's beautiful coast. Located about an hour south of Savannah and 15 minutes from Brunswick, and about 30 minutes from beaches on St Simons Island or Jekyll Island. Condominium is Settlers Bluff, right at the Darien River near popular restaurants and shops. You can stroll on the waterfront walkways or visit a cafe, winebar, art studio, just steps away. McIntosh County is known for great local shrimp and you will see evidence of that by the many shrimp boats on the river. Please know that this is actually a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit, but owner keeps personal belongings in one of the bedroom suites. The space for rent consists of a large queen bedroom suite with balcony access, a lovely view, bathroom and a closet with shelves. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and closet with shelves and is located across from the hall bath. There's a hall closet and laundry room by the front door. Opon living area with high ceilings, kitchen, counter with two stools and dining table. You will enjoy seeing the river make a horsehoe bend from your balcony view. The small town has charm, good restaurants, lots of history, friendly people, and no stop lights. The unit is on the top floor of a 3 story building with elevator or stairwell access . Off street and/or possible underground parking for 1 or 2 vehicles. Free wi-fi access and a smart TV (no cable). Tenant pays 2/3 of the electric bill and owner pays 1/3. You will receive a copy of the bill each month for the power and reimburse owner for the tenant share. Unit has a Nest thermostat. You will need your own firestick or other streaming device to use the large TV monitor. This home does not have a land line phone. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, and(sorry) pets of tenants are not permitted. Available this year from the end of April through the month of December.
