There's is bar seating off of the shared wall with the kitchen, as well as a sliding door accessing the spacious backyard. The stairwell to the second floor is also off of this living space as well. If you're to head into the kitchen, you'll notice the L-shaped kitchen design, with stainless steel appliances throughout. Notice the beautiful hardwood floor throughout the kitchen, dining and living spaces as well. Off of the kitchen is the large kitchen table which nicely flows into a living space with a love seat and chair and SMART TV. This is the perfect location to sit and read while enjoying the lovely blue of the Pacific Ocean out the side windows. Off of the second living space near the front of the home are the two downstairs bedrooms, with a full bathroom between. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the other has two twin beds - both rooms allowing lovely natural light through. If you head upstairs to the second floor, you'll notice two bedrooms with one full bathroom in between as well. The guest bedroom upstairs has two twin beds as well. The primary bedroom has a king bed, with a lovely view of the Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay. The bathroom upstairs has a bath tub and stall shower, all with modern design and finishes. In each of the bedrooms there's ample closet space, along with storage space in the hallways. For additional storage space, please utilize the detached garage, which also houses the washing machine and dryer, for your convenience. There's a nice breezeway between the house and the garage which leads back to the backyard, which has a lovely deck, table and chairs with umbrella for your enjoyment and comfort. The driveway allows double parking for up to two cars, along with street parking. Apply now!!
