The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Bedroom 5: 2 Single Bunk Beds. Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite, a full bathroom in Bedroom 2 ensuite, and an additional full bathroom. The cinema room and game room offer additional spaces for entertainment. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. The heated pool is available for a fee of USD 150 per day. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The extra bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the fifth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests. You’ll be conveniently located just 5.7 miles from DFW Airport, 12 miles to downtown Dallas, and 10 miles from the AT&T Stadium. In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 1.5 miles drive! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 2.5 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 12 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 5 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 12 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days! You’ll also be 6.5 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting the property. A USD 750 fine applies for smoking inside the property. The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door. The landskeeper will go once a week. Security cameras are installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars. This will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes, not inside the house to keep your privacy. The garage is remodeled as a game room. The pool house is used as a storage, guests will not have access to it. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them. We work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for all your remote work needs.
