The bedroom features a large king bed with luxury, comfortable bedding and blackout blinds. Your work desk is conveniently settled in the bedroom, perfect for an easy transition from remote work to TV remote in hand. The en-suite renovated bathroom is enhanced by its modern fixtures and tile shower. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the home, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe after exploring the Capitol Hill area. While this home is not pet friendly, there might be other homes available that welcome your pets and suit your needs. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you will have a vehicle, please inquire in advance about a parking pass. Please note that neither the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. The owner disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. Navigating Capitol Hill is best accomplished by utilizing its efficient public transportation system, including the DC Metro, with the Capitol South, Eastern Market, and Union Station stations serving as convenient access points. The home is contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should the odor of smoke be reported, the stay will be terminated, and a $500 smoking fee will be claimed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending the stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, the reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While efforts are made not to interrupt the stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus access to the properties may be needed at any time, after providing guests with 24-hour written notice. The home is below a family with a small quiet dog and there may be some residual noise during the day. Sound transfer has been mitigated to the best extent possible. Includes a work desk conveniently settled in the bedroom, perfect for an easy transition from remote work to TV remote in hand. A laptop computer is not included.
