All of our apartments are furnished, with gas, water, trash and parking paid. You would pay for electricity, cable and wireless broadband, if you desire it. We are right across the street from Hancock Shopping Center and the UT Red River shuttle bus stops at the end of the block, which takes you to the UT campus in about 5 minutes. There is shopping, a grocery store, 24-hour fitness center, restaurants, banking and Capital Metro buses available across the street. Our maintenance personnel live on-site. There is a laundry room on the first floor of each building, and we're close to UT, state office buildings and St. David’s Hospital. I will have a 2-1 floor plan available at the Park Plaza. The Park Plaza 2-1 is two-level, 800-square-foot apartment with the living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. This apartment is completely furnished, including sofa, chair, coffee table, end tables, lamps, and a dining room set downstairs. A door from the dining room leads to a second-floor walkway. Upstairs, the bedroom has either a single or a double bed, a ceiling fan, a six-drawer dresser with a mirror, a nightstand and a lamp. The bathroom has a separate vanity area with individual lavatories. This floor plan will be $775 over the summer and will be $1,125 starting in August.

First developed in 1891 as a streetcar suburb, Hyde Park has become one of the most densely-populated areas in the city. With many historic buildings in its two historic districts, the neighborhood enjoys a charming beauty, with sites like the Queen Anne style Col. Monroe M. Shipe House and the Elisabet Ney Museum.
Hyde Park sits directly north of the University of Texas at Austin, with I-35 running along the eastern border. On the west side, residents have easy access to a variety of shops, including Central Market, and the Heart Hospital of Austin.
