We currently live here now and genuinely enjoy our home. The neighborhood is fantastic: it feels super safe, it is extremely walkable, and with direct Beltline access, you can walk to Krog Street Market, Madison Yards, etc. The apartment complex is great. Super safe (you need a key FOB to get on the elevator and through any door), quiet (you can hear your neighbors upstairs sometimes though), mainly young professionals, and full of very cute dogs. Unit is also great. Modern fixtures, our unit has a washer and dryer, and a water/ice machine. Maintenance fixes issues promptly w/in 24 hours. Lastly, the staff here is great. The property manager, Kyle, is lovely, and so are the leasing agents, especially Matt! The downsides are the accessibility to the parking garage (it's difficult to reach where you need to key in, unclipping the FOB from your keys), and we've had issues with the electricity in the second bedroom supporting our computer system. Overall, I'd recommend living here!

My daughter and I toured apartments at 915 Glenwood about a month ago. We were in Atlanta for a very short time so we were trying to see a few apartments within that timeframe. She had been submitting financial information for a week or two to Glenwood and doing everything they asked. We saw three beautiful apartments that day and she was trying to decide which one to choose because 915 Glenwood was her first choice and she had passed the background and credit checks so was feeling very optimistic. We went back to the office and that is when the vibe really changed. It was confusing and to be honest, demoralizing. She is self-employed so things aren’t so straightforward as for those with steady paychecks. Her taxes aren’t prepared yet so she presented everything she has as far as financial records. She can afford these apartments. But I felt the defeat in her when they questioned how she could prove the Shopify information was actually hers (?) She was told she would get a call/contact later that same day telling her if she was approved or not. The call never came. After texting/calling a couple of times to ask for an answer she received a rejection email 3-4 days later. I understand that her financial records were not in the format they wanted. And her records are different—income fluctuates as do most self-employed. The staff admitted they had never worked with a self-employed person before (?) This is a former social worker who has worked extremely hard to create her own successful company and it was just difficult to see her doubted and made to feel condescended to. And to rub salt in the wound they were at 20% capacity. It was very disheartening to say the least. I would not recommend. And I am glad she will not be living there.
