Nicknamed "Little Rome," Brookland is home to several Catholic churches, the Saint John Paul II National Shrine, and the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in America. Charming but small
If you are looking for charming old skool living. Brookland garden style apartments are for you. I have lived here for many years and do appreciate the neighborhood culture. It is convenient to metro, shopping, and eating. Great for families and for singles.
