This lovely house in Mashpee features single floor living with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom includes walk in closet and ensuite with stand up shower and tub (jacuzzi does not work). It includes convenient amenities such as a garage, a full basement, and washer/dryer hookups. We welcome small pets. Please note that the fireplace is not for tenant use. The rent includes water, property taxes, and lawn service. Tenants will be responsible for gas, heat, electricity, trash removal, and cable/internet services. Please be aware that the town of Mashpee may require a dump sticker for trash disposal. The property has a maximum occupancy of five people. ABSOLUTELY: No Pets No Smoking No Vaping No Cultivating Marijuana of any kind. Tenant(s) must have good credit, good references and no criminal or eviction history. First Month's Rent, Last Month's Rent Deposit and Security Deposit (all equal to one month's rent) is due at lease signing. Applicant agree to the Non Refundable Background Check Fee of $25 for paper application and $30 for online applications (all applicants over the age of 18 must apply). A Broker's Fee of $100 will be charged if accepted to the tenant minus Background Check Fee(s) to be credited toward Broker's Fee if accepted.
