This cute garden unit is attached to a brand new home in Fountain Square on a quiet street. You are renting a spacious and cozy studio garden unit that has all the amenities you'll need for your stay, your entrance is separate, and your space is not shared with anyone else. You are a half mile walk to the center of all Fountain Square has to offer and a short 10 minute drive to the center of downtown Indianapolis (very close to Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, & Convention Center). This is a garden unit that is attached to a brand new home. Your space is NOT shared and you have your own entrance with a code door knob for your unit. Keep in mind this is a garden unit attached to an occupied home, so there is the potential for noise such as foot steps on the floor above you, water in the pipes flowing, and voice carryover. This is why it is listed as a “private room” rather than “entire place” even though your unit is not shared. There is not a full kitchen, though you do have all the amenities of a kitchen such as a mini fridge, cook top, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. You will not have a kitchen sink, but you do have your bathroom sink to use. There is one queen bed, a couch, and an option to have a twin blow up for a 4th person if needed. PLEASE book the correct number of guests in your party so we can properly prepare for your group. The hot tub is off the back patio near the entrance of your unit and it is in the shared area, as the yard and porches are shared with the home. There are security cameras on the home exterior in the front and in the back. Pets allowed, but please inform host and please keep all pets off all furniture including beds and couches, as it significantly increases cleaning costs. *ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED*
