About This Home
The photos are from BEFORE the remodel began. This house was purchased October 30, 2024 and is undergoing major renovation. I included the before photos so people could at least get an idea of the layout of the house. Updated photos will be added when it's completed. It is expected to be available for rent April 1, 2025. 3/21/25 Update: The kitchen remodel is almost complete. The bathroom remodel is almost complete. The exterior was just painted light gray. New central heat and air has been installed. New privacy fence was installed in the back yard. We are still waiting on the windows to arrive. 6 of the windows will be replaced in late April. They will also wrap the rest of the existing windows with metal so they all match from the exterior. We still have to install doors to the bedrooms.
