This place is awesome! The apartments are really modern, it's a short walk to campus and even downtown is walkable with a nice park on the way. The underground parking is a lifesaver in the winter. The onsite laundry is a huge convenience and the management does a really good job keeping it clean.

We are really proud of our Premier management team; their primary goal is to provide residents with the best possible living experience, and we are delighted to hear when that is the case.
I have been living in 920 on Park for just over 3 months, and it has been a wonderful place to live so far. The apartments are all newly renovated and are well maintained. A couple of weeks ago, I was having a problem with my garbage disposal. I let the property manager know about the problem and she was very responsive. She had maintenance fix the garbage disposal within 24 hours. So far, I have been very impressed with not only the quality of the apartments, but also the friendliness and responsiveness of the property manager and staff. Overall, I think that 920 on Park is a spectacular place to live and is very well managed.
Living in the 920 on Park Apartments has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The two bedroom that I am in is spacious, comfortable, and very homey. The apartment has soft carpet, stainless appliances, and air conditioning. It is phenomenal that there is a parking garage located underneath the building, because nobody likes scrapping ice off their vehicle in the winter. Furthermore, the building is fully accessible with an elevator and ramp. During the summer, I highly recommend capitalizing on the beautiful outdoor recreational patio. What Wisconsinite doesn't enjoy grilling up some brats and burgers? The laundry room is always reliable, and I have never had an issue doing laundry. The property manager Stephanie is extremely cordial, respectful, and accommodating. Anytime that I have ever had an issue with my apartment, it has been rectified almost immediately. She has always been congenial to me and done everything in here power to make my living situation as accommodating as possible. Having her as the property manager has been one of my highlights for renting in this apartment complex. Honestly, these apartments are some of the best living accommodations within the city of Beloit and are affordable for both students, the working class, and young professionals. If you have any questions about what living in these apartments is like, feel free to message me!
Too much money for nothing.No proper heat no cleanliness. Lift does not work half the time. Garbage never cleaned.The management lady is nice till she takes your money and then your trapped.
The college rent about 1/3 to students. If you want to live a dorm with people spreding their garabage in the halls and parking lot this is the plqce for you. In few years it will be back to being a drug hole.
