Our wonderful tenants of almost 2 yrs are moving due to family health reasons, to be closer to their parents. So, my 1 bedroom will be available starting March after the unit is cleaned and ready for occupancy. The move-in date will depend on how long it will take to get ready but should be approx. by March 22nd. It will be available for viewing while they are still occupying the property for a few weekend openings. starting on March 8, and 9th from 10- 1 p.m. viewing This is a Duplex and is the lower unit. The owner lives above. The property offers many outdoor shared spaces. Utilities of gas, water, trash, power and internet is included in the monthly rent. Small pets are allowed with a pet fee and a security deposit. There is a working wood burning fireplace and a refrigerator and vintage working gas stove included. ** open house viewings by appt on March 8 and 9th from 10-1 p.m. you MUST schedule an apt time..email for a time slot. Newly remodeled 1 bedroom duplex house in the hills of Mt Washington. Great area! If you want to feel like you live in the country but am close to everything, this is it.! Free Wi-Fi. Unfurnished!!!
