Current resident. Moved here from out of state on short notice and ended up here. This place is noisy during the day. Current remodeling efforts are underway and have been for several weeks. The contractors are disrespectful to the community, playing very loud music and screaming over the loud music to be heard. Their windows are open, but mine are not even with this beautiful weather now in this area due to their noise. Seven days a week, for several weeks now. I complained to management in a written email, but received no response. If you’re retired or work nights look elsewhere, not to mention, this is a shoebox size apartment at best with limited storage and no garage. Spend your money wisely.

If it were up to me, I wouldn't have moved out. I found 92Fourty about a year ago when I moved cross country. From the initial visit, both Nona and Naomi were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I wanted a top floor and no fireplace. Signed for a specific apartment and when it was not ready, Nona got me into the same model in a different bldg. Any and all issues were dealt with in a quick and professional manner. I did see one or two bugs, but got some traps and filled in the gaps around the pipes, etc. It was a renovated unit but with any apartment complex, there will be issues. The maintenance team is superb, fast and friendly. Move out was as easy as moving in. The grounds is always kept up, some residents do not pick up after the pets, but again, that's on them for being poor pet parents. The fitness center is superb, parks and restaurants close by along with the 101. I never used the pool, but it was used by other residents. A few things that I wish were available would be a resident chat log to sell things, give away boxes, etc. and a recycle bin. A great place to live and highly recommend. Nona and Naomi rock!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. My air conditioning is not working for the second time and my apartment is 76 degrees(and it’s only February). My oven was broken for a month, my front door did not lock twice after being “fixed” I have had numerous other maintenance issues which took weeks to have fixed.

92FortyScottsdale is a place you call home! CAM Properties Management does an excellent job taking care of all aspects of our community! Our managers Natalie and Nicole are respectful, helpful, thoughtful, caring, kind, and social. They have excellent customer service! Our maintenance staff Andy, James, and Jaime are all the same compliments. They do an excellent job also! And they do repairs in an expedited manner. The entire staff greets a lot, smiles a lot, and conversations together. That can make some ones day! The landscapers do an excellent job in our community! They are respectful, kind and greet people. The property is beautiful! We take walks along the pathways. And we enjoy the scenery. It is a very quiet community. The apartments are updated and beautiful! Our one bedroom is cozy. Our community is in an excellent location. We are a couple of minutes from the 101 Loop, shopping stores, Walmart, restaurants, activities, biking, hiking, walking, and the Green Belt. Come on over and take a tour of this oasis on Redfield Rd. Welcome home!
Muzzy is the man! We just moved to Arizona and I was really nervous about finding a good place, I had only 7 days before my first day at work. Muzzy, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to find something that worked for us, showing us three to four units during our first visit. There was little availability but he managed to get us out of the hotel and into an apartment in only a few days. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous; in an otherwise brown neighborhood, this community is lush and full of beautiful, flourishing, greenery. The interior is newly renovated and looks very fresh and fashionable. Not to mention, the neighbors seem very friendly. The community is located near Walmart, as well as many other shopping facilities. Lastly, the rent is cheaper than the other adjacent complexes. Between the outstanding service provided by Muzzy and the beautiful community, you simply won't find a better place to live!
I loved living at Las Hadas Apartment. They were so accommodating and always friendly. They were on top of any problems and always had solutions ready. The place was very safe and quiet. The property is surrounded with luxurious vegetations that you forget being in a desert. Patricia and Jerry were so good to me when I lived there. I recommend this place to anyone. You will not find better place to live in Scottsdale for the price. Yuko
Management lives on the complex, so they are in everyone's business. The complex is a no pet - no smoking complex but management can have an animal and when you drive into the complex you have to drive through 3 to 4 people sitting on the curb smoking, so you have that wonderful smoke to drive through. If you like a complex where management is in your business this is the complex for you. I am glad to have left when I did.
I lived at Las Hadas for 2 years, and it was the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The only reason I left was I bought a house, so my last 10 years of living in multiple apartment communities is now over. Las Hadas has the greenest and best maintained grounds, tons of green grass and trees. All of the office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of your needs in a timely manner. The complex is quiet, safe, small, and overall friendly and private. Highly recommend this apartment complex, ask for Patricia she will take great care of you.
I lived at Las Hadas for 3 and a half years, and I was sad to leave when I finally had to. The grounds are well-maintained, unique, and aesthetically pleasing like you won't find in any big chain complexes. The management is friendly and attentive, and they always addressed any concerns I had quickly and efficiently. I always felt that I was treated fairly. If I need to move back to North Scottsdale any time in the future, I will definitely go back to Las Hadas.
Being single with no kids, I've lived in apartments my whole adult life. Every single one has presented me with serious reasons to leave after a year's lease is up. With Las Hadas, however, I was actually excited to sign the lease for another year. I've honestly found the first place that's ever felt like home since moving out of my parents' house so many years ago. The management is top-notch, and they genuinely care. They're not just employees for a management corporation -- they're residents, and the property is privately owned. Part of my morning routine is waving hello to the assistant manager who himself gets up early every morning to clear the parking lot and sidewalks with a leaf blower, not simply leaving it to the grounds crew. These folks take pride in Las Hadas because it's as much their home as it is for residents. The grounds are always clean and comfortable. The apartment layouts are cozy and unique with beautiful wood and tile flooring and a stone fireplace that my friends admire when they visit. What's more is they disallow smokers or pets, so it's ALWAYS quiet and smoke-free. No offense to you smokers or animal lovers, but I can tell you that these rare policies make all the difference in community living. Not a single time have I ever had to close my windows because of smoke, or been woken up early in the morning by a barking dog. The tenants are also largely respectful of each other, and happy to be there. The complex doesn't have assigned parking but issues permits for the cover spaces. I've never had a single issue finding a spot right near my door. What's more, I've never heard a complaint or dispute amongst residents over the parking. That in and of itself is a rarity when it comes to apartment complexes, even those that assign spaces. Finally the location is fantastic. It's right in that sweet spot between the 101, Frank Lloyd Wright and Cactus Road. Target, Safeway and myriad restaurants and businesses are walking distance through the beautiful neighborhood. And it's right near Horizon Sports Park and McDowell Mountain Golf Club, which makes for some excellent early morning or evening walking trails. All of this, and the private owner keeps rent incredibly fair and $100 or more less than the apartments in the same area. Las Hadas is amazing!
The best thing about my complex is the office manager. She is the reason that everyone stays at the complex. She is caring, understanding, fun, real, knows everyone by first name and truly is the heart of the complex. She has created such a great community that people know who she is. If she leaves as manager my family will find another place to live.
