This place is seriously nasty lived here for 10 years everything was perfectly fine till about 2018 and now as of 2024 it’s gotten worse , everything that break apart won’t be fixed for months or years all they want is money they don’t have any professional mangement. Roaches everywhere broken garage every freaking month garbage everywhere . What ever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE !!
i am going on 4 years now. first year was great after that everything went downhill. now i am looking for an exit. Pros you don't have to shovel snow. they have there own gym. visitor's parking plus garage that's it. Cons management is a joke. snow removal is not properly done. if something is broken it might take months or a year to fix. they don't hire professionals just cheap labor cheap material's to keep there revenue going. security issues Amazon FedEx packages turn up missing. if you smoke weed good for you but keep it away from me and mine. hallways smell like weed people congregate in the parking lot smoking weed i have to leave my windows closed on a beautiful day. if you don't mind living with rats and roaches than this is the place for you.
The Management of this place is horrible. Maintenance requests remain outstanding for 2,3 months. They wont bother to fix anything. They will put the blame on one another and ask you to contact one person then another but nobody will do anything to fix the issue. When I moved in my apartment had no blinds no bathroom drain pipes, the lights were broken (all this when i was supposedly being given a refurbished apartment). took them 2 weeks to fix that. Now I have other issues in the apartment, Whenever you contact the leasing office for maintenance they will put the blame on Kris (the maintenance guy) who is supposedly working on maintenance requests all day but you will see him walking dogs in the morning but wont see him visit your apartment to get the issue fixed. I was told to hire a home inspector to pursue the matter further but no we wont fix your apartment. I have even contacted the maintenance director but he will just email Kris and ask to fix the issue immediately but Mr Kris is too busy elsewhere i guess.
I posted a review on here 4 months ago based on the introductory and representation of the property. After living here for 5 months know this property and management gets a -0. They do not stick to there word, they tell you what you want to here at the moment to pacify the situation at hand. Workmanship around the property and in the apartments are shity and not worth the rent asked. You will be told one thing to get you to sign the lease and once your a tenant you will realize it was all lies just to get your $ for at atleast 12-14months. Do not waste your time or money with 93 Richards Ave.
Don't live here!!!! The location and tenants are great but management will have you running! They don't deal with your issues! The property manager Crystal is rude and speaks to you like your incompet! I was told by the property manager they can enter my apartment whenever they like because they OWN it and I'm just renting! If that gives you an insight into management!
I live in a multi-colored complex where everyone shares the community theme of a village raising a child.
