A kitchen island is also an additional feature of this spacious kitchen. Future residents of this home will enjoy the large front porch. Positioned on a large lot, future residents will also enjoy a large back deck. The large unfinished basement area offers additional storage. A washer/dryer is included with the rental. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. The landlord provides basic garbage services. The tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, landscaping, and all other utilities. Cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 2 pets with a $50 rent increase per month for each animal and an increased deposit of $50 for each animal. One-year lease. No Smoking. $1,995.00 per month, $1,995.00 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit.
