This property is quiet and close to amenities like shopping, restaurants and transit. The on-site gym is open year-round. The pool is seasonal. It's a well-maintained property with beautiful trees and landscaping. Being the upper unit means no one stomping above your head. The reserved, covered parking spot is the closest one to our building and there is ample other on-site parking.

Does a quiet, upper unit home close to restaurants and shops with a view of a beautiful magnolia tree off the back deck appeal to you? If so, then please consider renting my 884 sqft. condo near the corner of Murray Blvd. & Scholls Ferry Rd. This is a non-smoking, no dog property. One reserved, covered parking spot is included in the lease. Other off-street parking is available as well. Please allow time to move through the vetting process. Rent is $1,550 per month and includes the following: -water, sewer, garbage -use of full size washer and dryer in the unit -reserved, covered parking spot -access to exercise room and seasonal pool You will have to pay for electricity and internet, and the average for those utilities are $116. The lease term is 6 months. I'll try to post more photos later. This site has a weird minimum size restriction. The condo is a total of 884 sq.ft. with ample storage and a deck. The main bedroom is 9’ 11” x 13’ 9” (so 136 sqft) and has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is 10’ x 8’ 10” (so 88 sqft). There is a full bathroom in the hallway. The whole condo complex is a no-smoking property (inside and out, this includes vaping and marijuana). The whole condo complex is no-dog property and is also strict about cats (limit one cat per unit and one must apply to the board to have a cat). Please let me know your expected move-in date and monthly income. Tenant will pay for a $40 background and credit check and provide references (including contacts from your current rental). *Total due at move-in is first month's rent, last month's rent and a $400 security deposit. *Then if we are both satisfied, we will sign the lease agreement (and you will read and agree to the Condo Association’s “Resident Rules”). The condo is unfurnished. A queen bed easily fits in the main bedroom. Sorry, no pets (I love cats, but having one is logistically untenable for the following reasons: one must apply through the condo board to have any pets. Only 1 indoor cat is allowed per unit. I had a bad experience with a previous tenant’s cat in my last condo). Thanks for reading!
