Extremely friendly staff. Quiet complex. Garage parking for every apartment. Maintenance staff always punctual.
These apartments are great. My wife and i needed something that has a garage and looked all over. Every thing was so much smaller than what 93 Twenty provided at a higher cost. I personally have moved from the smaller to larger apartments to suit my needs and all have been great. Staff has a amazing service and has always gone out of their way to help! They stay up to date with the finishings in the apartment and keep the outside up very nicely. I have been with them for quite awhile now and do firmly believe these are the best value around the Tulsa area. The complex has security that comes through every night and you can call at any time. Simply put this is a great place and i would recommend to anyone!
My roommate and I have lived here for two weeks and have been very pleased. They replaced carpet, the washer/dryer, and repainted a few days before we moved in. The kitchen appliances have also been updated in the last year or two. They're all black, clean, and work well. There's also so much natural light that comes into the living and kitchen area. The living room and patio are bigger than ANY other apartment we'd viewed in Tulsa. The day after we moved in we discovered one kitchen drawer was broken, one shower drain drained slowly, and our new dryer had to run 3x to dry one load of clothes. However, we called and maintainence showed up the next day to fix it all. The dryer still needs a little more attention, but it really seems like they do all they can. Also, one very strange quality is that one bedroom doesn't have an overhead light. The other room had a light and ceiling fan, so we were so shocked and confused as to why the other bedroom would come without a light! Luckily, I like the look of a swag lamp so it doesn't bother me. It's just an added cost I wasn't expecting. Overall, we're happy living here. It's so quiet, the staff is wonderful, and it actually feels like a little neighborhood.
I love this quiet but friendly community. The office staff and maintenance employees are helpful and nice. The beautiful streams and fountains with ducks gliding around in them adds to the peaceful ambience. The apartment layout is excellent and utilizes the space quite well, plus the new appliances are sharp, and it was easy to decorate--making my space beautiful. I look forward to coming home every day.
