Our neighborhood is a new development (built in 2016), and we love it here and can't wait to show it off! We enjoy all the amenities this neighborhood has to offer, including parks, trails, and pools! We have rented our suite to several travelling nurses, as well as singles and couples working remotely, exploring our beautiful state, visiting family, or looking to buy a home in Denver. Pets are allowed at landlor's discretion and is based on type, breed, and training (with a pet deposit). The Suite is spacious, smoke-free, fully furnished unit in a new, safe neighborhood in the Central Park neighborhood in Denver, CO, with the following details: - Own front door/entry. - Master bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet, a full bath, spacious living room, kitchenette w/ convection microwave, in-unit washer/dryer. Dresser, nightstand, storage shelves in laundry room. - Breakfast table for 2 or 3 (table has leaflets) in kitchenette, outfitted with convectional microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, electrical double burner, plates, glasses, and basic utensils. - Sectional couch, coffee table, entertainment center, smart TV (including Netflix and Amazon Prime - must use own accounts) in living room and Wifi. - All utilities included - Plenty public street parking on premises - Close to downtown (15 mins) and hospitals, easy access to all major interstates (I-70, I-270, I-225, I-25), a mall (Northfield mall) and plenty of restaurants - 45-minute/1-hour drive to nearest Mountain ski resort. - Several neighborhood pools; closest pool (Maverick) about 5-minute drive or bike ride.
