This is not the base rent as stated by apartments dot com below...this is everything except gas and electric. Rent includes the HOA fee, internet, water, and trash collection. I use the apartments dot com platform to collect all rents and deposits. I am an experienced, responsive owner and I have a great track record with my tenants.
