Use of Premises: The property is to be used as a residential dwelling only. No illegal or disruptive activities are permitted on the property. 6. Pets: No pet is allowed! 7. Termination of Lease: Either party may terminate the lease with 60 days' written notice. Early termination fees may apply. 8. Governing Law: This lease agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of VA.
