Property Ratings at 95 Burnett
The average score is 100% accurate - the units are great, the leasing agents are attentive and caring, and the maintenance staff is skilled and responsive. The only reason why I'm not still a tenant is my personal budget obligating me to move somewhere less expensive. However, given the quality of the units, rent is competitive for the area it's located. The leasing agents were tremendously helpful while I was a tenant and while moving out; despite some miscommunication and conflict when moving out, I'm very grateful they were patient and gracious with me through all of it. For anyone looking to move to downtown Renton, I would absolutely recommend 95 Burnett over anywhere else!
Amazing My heater went out the day before thanksgiving and Von was up immediately to fix it. Was done in no time!
Wonderful Experience! My renewal process was seamless and smooth. The Staff, especially the Manager, are excellent at answering questions, providing guidance and offering flexibility. They are so friendly too. I am grateful. Thank you!
Amazing experience so far! We toured tons of apartments last week and 95 Burnett was by far the most memorable. The people working there like Elese made us feel like we were home! The lease-signing process, as well as overall communication, both over the phone and via email, has been seamless and pleasant, and we are so excited to get our keys later this week! Thank you so much, Elese and Jazz and everyone else at 95 Burnett!
We ALWAYS mention 95 Burnett to friends as a GREAT living community ??
For apartment living it was nice to have a secured building, garage and elevators. Very easy to allow guest in the building from phone.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and generally nice. I love the overall atmosphere of a dog friendly property.
I think this is the best of all worlds in apartment living.
Excellent customer service and amenities
YES
It was very nice and reasonably priced for the area. Cons: the bathrooms were outdated and the parking situation is confusing.
I would recommend because it has exceeded our expectations. Everything is clean, taken care of, and tenants are valued.
Since I've been a resident, mgmt has met and exceeded my expectations
I would recommend this apartment building to anyone. The staff is exceptional, things are always handled quickly and appropriately, the space is always clean and the staff is constantly striving to make improvements.
Any issue I've had since living here has always been professional and timely and competently addressed.
The location is great for walking to ammenities but is noisey and sometimes feels unsafe as a single female
I would recommend because it had a very warm and comfortable feeling upon entering the building. And the staff was very welcoming .
We are enjoying 95 Burnett. The staff is friendly, professional and very sensitive to our needs. I would definitely recommend 95 Burnett to friends and family.
It was a nice place to live. I think the experience went downhill when new ownership took over. Neglect and increase in rent/fees.
Julianne made the application process easily bearale with little or no stress accompanying. She was informative and professional in outlining the requirements of 95 Burnett mgmt and what i would need to do during the application process. She alerted me each step of the application process and i was approved within 24 hours!! My wife Sarah and I look forward to living at 95 Burnett!!
In a premier location. The neighbors are nice. The leasing professional and maintenance team exceed all expectations. However, at times they appear to be under-staffed.
I love the location ...I can walk to everything that is important to me. It seems to be a pretty quiet environment.
The maintenance and office staff work very hard to ensure the residents happiness of calling 95 Burnett home.
it is a fantastic place. great people. we have been kind of screwed on this leaky shower. they put in a " new " shower, but it is wat cheaper than the old one. took over a month to get our closet back, but i still love the place and the management team.i would recomend this place to everyone.i have a few freinds that are looking to move down this way. i am going to work on them.
The non-smoking of marijuana in the building is not strickly enforced. The smell/sting of marijuana smoke in the hallway is unbearable on many days and nights.
I have in the pass recommended this property, price was the deciding factor of why the recommended had to search elsewhere.
I am concerned about: the new water bill company. Many residents have inquired why the cost is high. Something is wrong with their billing. I've lived here 5 years, and it's been consistent. My neighbor's bill is usually 20-25 ish, this month her bill was $64. There is clearly a problem.
I have lived here for about 3 months. This apartment was immaculate when we moved in; so much so, in fact, that I was nervous about unpacking anything for fear of damaging the carpet or walls. It's a good building, too. I love the kitchen and having our own washer/dryer, and the maintenance staff is fantastic! We rarely hear anything from our neighbors, although there is quite a lot of smoking. We have struggled with little ants since we moved in. They keep popping up everywhere, so we can't leave any food out at all. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live that's close to everything while also feeling secluded.
I have lived here since April 2014 and love my apartment which has beautiful views of the valley, slight view of Lake Washington, incredible sunsets and walking distance to downtown Renton, the Bus Station and minutes from The Landing. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist anyway they can.
