This is a nice 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment located directly across from the football stadium and law school hill. The location is great for game day tailgating, but this particular section of the Chateau Royale Apartments is relatively quiet and peaceful throughout the week. A lot of young professionals reside in this area. The apartment includes access to both a swimming pool and workout center within a very short walking distance. The current lease runs until May 2018. We are looking for someone interested in subleasing the unit until May, at which point the lease can be renewed for a full year if the subleasing tenant so wishes. Pets are allowed at Chateau, though the subleasing tenant may need to pay an additional "pet fee" which we had opted out of when signing our lease.
