Old & Moldy
Everything in these units is old. The counters and cupboards are from 1980..chipped and disgusting. It is dirty and disgusting. The property management company is very hard to get a hold of and won't replace anything. The maintenance person is lazy. No one takes care of the yards. Leaves sat on ground for so long (2 1/2 months) they rotted and killed the grass underneath. The gutters were clogged for over 1 year....which caused damage. If you want to live in a place that has rotten siding, mold all over the units and carpet that is 8 years old then by all means live here
