About This Property
Property Id: 1642730 I am renting out my basement which comes with a room attached to a private bathroom and your own living room. You will also have a covered porch with a walkout sliding door. You can use this door as your own entry or come in from the front. The laundry, kitchen, and dining are all shared. The private space you will get is 750 sqft. I am the only other resident on the top floor. Parking is located on the street or driveway. The entrance to the neighborhood has a gate so very little traffic passes through. I am clean and respectful and would like my roommate to be as well. I live upstairs with three nice cats. I require a background check and may ask for references. You must have a clean credit history and no evictions to sign a lease. All utilities are included. The application is $55 and I will need the first month's rent and security deposit at the time of signing the lease. If you have a pet I ask for an extra $100 / month and for our animals to meet beforehand.
