Looking for a relaxed, centrally located place to call home? Look no further! I'm moving on to the next step in my life and sadly I can't take this place with me. Its a quaint little studio with central heating and cooling, lots of sun and great access to the necessities. Walmart and Frys are across the street, CVS is on the corner, theres a bus line to ASU right outside and many of the locals use those rental scooters to get around to the other goodies nearby. If you're a student you might not even need transportation but if you have it there's a (covered) parking space just for you in spitting distance of the room. Laundry is on site, we've got lightly used appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven). I can even throw in the loft bed and couch. Your's to keep since they won't fit in my honda civic. 998 might sound steep for a studio but it evens out since utilities are included.
