No diving & no running. 3. Supervise children at all times. 4. Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers. 5. No glassware. 6. Swim at own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult in pool deck. You are accountable for your children. ADDITIONAL FEES : $250 cleaning fee *Tenant will leave property in same condition and cleanliness on the date they took occupancy. 1st month & last month Rent and Security Deposit with an additional pet deposit if needed. There is a $30 application fee that is non-refundable. We will (1) check your credit report, (2) check for past evictions, (3) verify your employment, (4) personal income must be sufficient and verifiable, (5)verify your previous rental references, (6) perform a criminal background check.
