Very safe community, responsive maintenance team, friendly leasing office, pool and gyms. Not the most luxurious apartment but for this low price, you definitely can’t find a better one.

Beautiful community and community lounges/ pool and pretty decently priced for how nice apartments are. only downside is management is hard to reach because manager seems to never be there and doesn’t respond to emails… as well as minimal parking.

Love the area. The environment is quiet and the insulation within the units are nicely done. No noise comes in unless you open the door. The color scheme and floor plan is magnificent along with the size.

Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and supportive. Apartment was pretty clean when we moved in. Complex is well maintained. Pool, fitness room and residence inside and outside areas are very nice. The outside area next to pool would be a great place to hang out with friends when the evening cool off. The lighting in the pool area reminds me of a fancy hotel.

Love the location but noise disturbance is another level. Complained to leasing office but nothing really happened and they are not actively helping. Leasing office agents will rather say that I should go upstairs and talk directly to them which I did couple times. You won't be happy if you get disturbed morning and night.

Just moved in, easy process, a couple of minor maintenance issues upon move in which is common but they were attended to very quickly. Ivy is a big help!

The move in process was a little bumpy, it could have been much smoother if the leasing agent was knowledgeable about the details for income verification. When i moved in to my new unit, the microwave door were cracked, handle was lose, fridge door had many scratches and dings, ceiling lams were lose, bath tub draining slowly, amongst other things.

I've been living at 9520 for the past year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is great. The community is situated in a prime location with easy access to shopping centers, public transportation, and major highways. It’s incredibly convenient for both work and leisure.

Updated, modern apartments who are under 5 years old. Great location, great landscaping, the community seems to be a bit mature, many couples with no children, just pets. Parking is probably the best parking I've dealt with in an apartment complex, there's always a spot to find. Pricing is fair for the rent compared to the other apartments in the area. I honestly feel like 95 Twenty is a steal. If I wanted to pay under a grand a month for an apartment I could sure, but would I be happy in my home? Probably not.

I would not recommend this apartment, cars are broken into and vandalized constantly. Apartments in your buildings are dirty and infested with roaches that came into my apartment and now we had scorpions in the apartment. Management does not care and you cannot get anyone to ever call you back. You always get the voicemail and when you walk in the office the staff is rude. The printer in the so called resident computer room has never worked. Extra fees added onto the rent. The valet garbage comes whenever they feel like it and sometimes not at all. They don’t leave recycle bags and when you ask for them they tell you to go to the office.

I love this place, the tranquility and peace that this surrounding transmits with trees and modern apartments well equipped and well maintained. For now it's not bad. Some time pool smells, but they usually fix it in a day or two. Community area is clean and safe. Maintenance staff is pretty much responsive.

I moved in just a few weeks ago, but so far, so good. Love the new place and it feels serene and cozy! I'm especially happy with the garage rental and of course, the inviting swimming pool.

We've been living here for 2 years now and we haven't had any problems with the staff, other residents or anything. The process of getting into these apartments was so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend it!

The office staff at this apartment is fantastic. Additionally, the apartment is kept clean, and there is plenty of parking space. Since there are not many commercial facilities around, the area is very safe.

The complex is nice but I have reported that the neighbor upstairs makes a lot of noise and that every night I have the smell of marijuana in my apartment and they have done nothing

The community is very nice to live in. It is quiet, conveniently close to HEB, Walmart and other stores! The community is clean as well.

I've only lived at this community for about two weeks. I like that the residents are friendly, I like the fact that the floor plans are spacious and reasonably priced. The Amazon lockers being 24 hrs is also great bc it allows me to pick up packages even when the office is closed.

Been in this complex for about 3 months. I am not sure if I have liked the experience so far. I consider messy managment. Trying to reach them out since like a puzzle, they never reply. Requests for things in my apartment that need to be fixed have not been attended yet since day 1. Overall i think it deserves 2 and a half starts.

It was a fantastic property when I moved in a yr ago. Now the grills are always broken, the side gate is broken and not fixed. The front gates are occasionally broken and last year my daughters car got broken into along with many others that night and there was no concern from management. Still no cameras on property. I have had roaches in my apartment from another building and it took me calling cooperate office for something to be done. You can never talk to anyone but the girls in the front. My paint is chipping all over in the apartment and it’s just not what it used to be here. Very disappointing.

My wife and Have been living here for three years since June 2019, we were desperately looking for a house to rent in Cedar Park that we could afford, as senior citizens we are on a fixed income from Social Security, when we ran upon the sign at Ninety five Twenty that said "Move in Ready", immediately I stopped to check it out, we went on a tour and I was impressed with our 2bd, 2b and most of all it was down stairs on a corner end and what put the icing on the cake is, it came with washer and dryer, super clean apartment that we have called home. I have never had a problem with the servicing of maintenance request. I did notice we have had a turn over of two managements since we have been here, I think this team communicates more with the tenants and plans all kind of events to make the tenants seem like family and enjoy where you live.

It was a great community a year ago when I moved in but it is started to be not so good. The entrance and exit gates are always broken. The side exit is always broken open and I can count multiple times I have almost gotten into an accident from people flying in that way into the complex because the gates are open.

The worst apartment experience I have ever had. Management is extremely poor and does not follow through with any claims that they make. Would never recommend anyone to rent here.

Pretty quiet, people seem nice and normal, maintenance staff polite and competent, management seems to mess with you less than some cheaper apartments I've lived in.

The team at the leasing office is very nice. Beautiful home layout. Maintenance is very nice. But wish there was security car was broken into 2X & I had to drop off my car at a friends house when I went out of town because of fear of it being broken into again.

95 Twenty is a very positive, secure place to live. The property is secure, grounds are kept nice, and noise is kept to a minimum. I have lived at this property for a year, and have had no problems.

The initial experience with 95Twenty is bad. The apartment is given without cleaning. Everything is unclean, damages, issues. It's a hard time for my family to stay in the apartment until it gets cleaned and fixed subsequently. Apartments are really good but the maintenance is not proper.

This is a great place to live. I highly recommend, and have recommended it to friends. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite & helpful. They are not the typical leasing agents that are nice at first, just to get you in the door. Then once you've signed your lease, their attitude changes, and you no longer are important. The 95Twenty Staff continue the same professional courtesy at all times. It is truly refreshing and I'm thankful for that.

I would not recommend living here. We applied for a 2 bedroom that we were told was available. After putting down our non refundable application fee we were then told it was not available. Had to temporarily move in a one bedroom for a month until repairs were fixed in 2 bedroom. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Never offered any type of compensation. Day of move in when 2 bedroom was available, entire apartment flooded due to incorrect installation of washing machine. Waiting on emergency maintenance for 3 hours. Shaving $50 off a prorate we shouldnt have had to begin with. Then management down playing the entire situation. Very unprofessional.

Great community. Super clean and quiet. Shannell and Scott are super friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient to many of the people and places I visit on a regular basis. Love that there's an attached backyard (and W/D included) for my unit.

Overall this is our second year here, our first year was Great and we had a connection with management which made it seem more like home , since we are under new management the people are not that friendly , the rules that we started out with are not the same rules under this management, this does not feel like home just a place I live.
