MAKE SURE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL WITH YOUR INFORMATION Silver Collection at the Park Apartment on the top floor, corner of the building. You will have no one above you, and only one shared wall. We literally never hear our neighbors, and have great views and tons of natural light due to our apartments location. Juliet balcony off bedroom. Perfect location, walking distance to great resturants, (5 guys, Pinkey's, Firehouse, Starbucks) and grocery stores. (Publix, Harris Teeter) And also easy access to 77 and 485. Clubhouse has free breakfast every morning, free Starbucks coffee machine, pool table, computers and free printing. Gorgeous pool, dog park, dog spa, full gym and two yoga rooms, cycling room, two saunas, massage therapist on site, garden plots, and walking track around a pond across the street. We have lived here over 2 years and loved every day. We are looking for someone to rent our apartment. We will be moving out August 1st. You will have to apply just like any other apartment, and will be the sole person on the lease once you take it over. Please let me know if you have any questions!
