The South Euclid Dog Park is just minutes from this home! The living room has a Smart TV with Roku hookup and comfortably seats up to 5 people. It connects to a formal dining room. The kitchen comes with all major appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle). All cookware and kitchen cutlery provided. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a lightly furnished office area. The bedrooms are set up with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a full bed. The full bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The basement has a half bathroom and laundry room area with a washer and dryer. High speed WiFi and two-car detached garage. All bedding, towels, and basic cleaning supplies provided.
