Grassy area and benches for picnic-ing, Frisbee-playing, etc. Paved area with ample parking for boat trailers. The Rail Trail starts in Gardiner and ends in Augusta, 6-7 miles north. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ATM and grocery store." There are always great day activities going on in this area i.e., art walks and the Kennebec River Whatever Race are just a few. Gardiner is truly the Gateway to our capital, Augusta, making this a wonderful location for working commuters. No laundry on-site, but facilities close by.
