I am looking for a courteous roommate to share my home with. You would have a private room and share the bathroom and common spaces with me. House is two stories with the rooms upstairs. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, and washer and dryer, and patio. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning, and water. There is a non-refundable application fee of $55 that you pay to be screened through Avail.co for a credit and background check. My ideal roommate is friendly, quiet, clean, and respectful of the space. Unfortunately, I cannot accept tenants with pets as I'm at my HOA's limit with two cats. Home is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
