Appliances include a 36” Italian gas stove/oven, professional hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, air fryer, and blender. Coffee options include both K-Cup and ground coffee makers, including an espresso frother. The dining room table seats eight comfortably, with additional seating for six at the counter. Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles, with the garage fitting one large truck or van or two medium cars. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet, subject to owner approval, with a limit of two dogs. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which should be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival, with costs varying depending on the season at $99 per night with a minimum of two nights.
