About This Property
Enter into the living room with high ceilings, engineered hardwood flooring, and a gas fireplace with stone facing and large mantle. The kitchen and dining area have large tile flooring and lots of space. There is microwave, dishwasher, glass topped range, and refrigerator. Plenty of cabinet space. There is a sliding glass door from the dining area into to fully fenced backyard and a cement and paver patio. The primary bedroom is on the main level and has plush carpeting, two closets, and an en suite bathroom with a tub. The upper level has two carpeted bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub. The basement has a large non-conforming bedroom that has been finished with engineered hardwood and has large windows. The full size washer and dryer are in the basement as well. The house is cooled by central AC. Live near two large natural areas with trails, nature centers, and great wildlife viewing; Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge and Barr Lake State Park. Lots of shopping and dining just a few miles away. Downtown Denver and Boulder are both a half-hour away. TENANT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA *Total income of at least 2X monthly charges for an individual applicant. For applications with more than one applicant over the age of 18 must qualify separately with an income of at least 1.5X monthly charges per applicant. *640+ credit score is required. *Applicants will be considered with credit scores ranging from 620-639 with an added reoccurring Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent.
