It is on a second floor and have a nice balcony, it's a corner apartment and include parking. It is close to the pool and resident lounge for your convenience. Silent and very family oriented community. You can fit 2 full beds in the second bdrm if you needed, closets are really spacious too. Monthly payment is 1379.00 internet and cable included, really good price for options around Las Colinas. You do have to renovate the lease contract on November.
