Property Ratings at 98th Avenue
This place for a new community is horrible. Everything is poorly made, heaters don’t work, outlets are hung upside down, floor planks are lighting, counters aren’t caulked, it’s a long list. There are plenty of nice communities in the area.

I wanted to share my experience. My family and I moved in back in July and are breaking lease due to unlivable conditions. I have reached out to both the manager and corporate but there hasn't been a resolution so something to keep in mind when applying to live here. The rent is very expensive compared to how the building experience, apartment finishes are. We moved in thinking this is a new building and that we will get the new building experience. That wasn't the case. We had to submit multiple work orders for basic apartment items. Hot water heater not heating properly, new floors lifting before we even moved in, both bathroom and kitchen counters needed to be caulked, the heaters are not working in the master bedroom and living room, the list goes on. The work vendors did on this building was and is very poor. Current maintenance in the building isn't any better. Everything is made to appear as the residents fault. I have rented at many buildings before and never had this many requests outstanding. A new building shouldn't have these concerns. The community isn't very friendly, the neighbors are rude, posting notes about my kids on my door. When we moved in they had games like corn-hole available on the rooftop but since another resident complained about us using corn-hole, the office took it away. Yet another item taken away that was advertised to us when we moved in. Mind you it's during Covid, gym is closed so there isn't anything else to do physically on the property but head to the rooftop. On top of everything, when I asked the office that I didn't feel comfortable living here due to neighbors their reply was this is personal and they charged me 2 months of rent as the lease break fee. Neighbors, don't rent here. There are nicer communities in the area with better finishes and heaters that work and office that is sympathetic to customer needs and concerns. RENT ELSEWHERE!

Thank you for sharing these concerns with us. We deeply apologize that your concerns are still ongoing and haven't been resolved. It's our mission to provide our community high-quality comfort and ease of mind. Our building is brand new with many resources available to us to ensure maintenance requests are totally fixed in a timely fashion. We appreciate your patience as we coordinated with the various vendors that handled your maintenance work orders quickly. Despite our best efforts, we understand your decision to vacate early and will continue to diligently follow our lease agreement to ensure fairness across the board. We're always here to help with anything, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any thoughts, feedback or questions you'd like to discuss. We wish you the best moving forward! Sincerely, 98th Avenue Management 98thavenueMGR@pinnacleliving.com
A quality value, priced less than the competition with all the same amenities. Huge roof top lounge with bbq, firepit and dog station. Huge fitness center and lounge. Awesome to have secured private parking. Love the unit options. AC ports, full size washer and dryers, lots of cabinet space and 3 options for internet providers (Comcast, Frontier and WAVE (I was told ETA July)) Units feel bigger than SF shows. If you are looking for quality and value, this is the spot.
