Do not recommend
Do not recommend. Lived in the building for years, it is not the worst, but The Property Group are scammers. There are a ton of hidden fees and they will try to fine you for everything they can. The Super, Robert and his son have a superiority complex and will treat your home like they own it rather than you. I found it rude that rather than giving a notice 24 hours prior, they will just come bang on your door whenever they want. Several times a year they will do bed bugs exterminations at 8am, and you need to remove all your bedding etc. The guest parking is a joke, there are 6 spots and they are closed for about half the year because they pile the snow in those spots rather than removing it and it takes ages to melt. When there is snow, they will come banging on your door to move your car so they can plow the parking lot, so you need to go find a street spot in the middle of a snow storm. The elevator is the slowest one I have ever seen, not that big of a deal, but it will surprise you how annoying that can be. There are almost always a couple broken washers or dryers that will eat your money. Most of the residents are friendly, there are some weirdos, I had some drug dealers down the hall. One time during my stay the building was broken into and there was blood and broken glass everywhere that took them a day to clean up. I left my apartment in better condition than I arrived and still didn’t get my full deposit back, just hoping to let people know what they are getting with both 99 Prospect and 140 Grove.

I pay rent its a rental apt
It has work that needs too be done but it is liveable I would love too not have too pay rent then I can catch up on my medical bills
