I lived here for a little over year and i had no issues at all. Very clean and quiet area, covered parking, friendly environment. I would highly recommend living here. Place was always clean and secure. Easy access to freeways, walking distance to olivo at mission hills where target, b of a, chipotle, jersey mikes, wing stop, and 24 hour fitness is located at...
Save your time!!! This is the worst place to live at! Infested with roaches! Nothing ever gets done. The fat crack head manager always wondering around pretending to work. You can easily mistake him for a bum. The owner always raising your rent for no apparent reason! Always giving less than 24 hour notice to go inside your apartment to snoop around. This place sucks!
