SHOWINGS: Self-guided tours only! You can view this property whenever you'd like (on any day of the week) from 7 am to 7 pm! UTILITIES: The tenant is to pay for all utilities. Combined household income for all adults must be at least 3 times the rent (Gross income - before deductions).
