No Public transportation. Thermostat kept at 72 degrees all year round. Full bathroom shared with only one of the guys. No drunks, drugs, pets or overnight guests. Safe, Peaceful and Quiet. Rent does not include utilities (about $100/month). $40k minimum income requirement, employment verification, rental references and a non-refundable $55 for credit/background checks required.
