It is fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine with pods, sugar, and creamer. Guests are welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks and a guidebook filled with recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks, each bedroom featuring an attached private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet per stay, with an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 if waste beyond hair is found. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent at $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $75 and must be booked for the duration of your stay. The pool is closed seasonally from November to April. While they are harmless and don’t bite, it is recommended to keep doors closed to minimize their presence indoors. The area is treated regularly to manage their numbers, but they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on the property, contact us and we'll have animal control remove them. Enjoy complete access to the entire property during your stay. A secure door code will be sent to you 2 days before your arrival for direct and convenient entry into the home.
