Find Atlantic nestled between Beacon Hill and Mount Baker Ridge in the Central District of east-central Seattle as part of the northernmost neighborhood within the Rainier Valley. This triangular patch of land enjoys constant change as its homes are updated and upgraded.
The location of Atlantic is convenient for city commuters while featuring plenty of amenities of its own. Its prices appeal to residents who would be interested in Capitol Hill or Columbia City with a price tag a little less hefty. Atlantic is one of the trendiest parts of the city thanks to parks, nearby Lake Washington, and a mix of newer and older buildings.

Property Ratings at 999 Hiawatha
Recently moved into Hiawatha and while there were a few minor issues at move in, Alma and Will without delay immediately showed prompt response and resolution to the items brought to their attention. Alma has shown genuine care and concern throughout each conversation we've had from the application process to our move in and post move in. The consistency in overall communication from management and prompt response through our holding period is what kept us locked in while waiting for our unit to be completely done. While moving is a very stressful time, Alma was there every step of the way. 10/10 recommend.
I've been living at 999 for several years and new management really cares about the property and residents. The maintenance guy Jose is absolutely wonderful and office staff is always quick to respond and happy to help. I've seen a lot of great changes to 999 with the change of ownership and would recommend to friends and family. Compared to other properties in the area, value is great!
Management changed once the owners changed. The old manager was super nice and accommodating. New management just shoots you a notice of lease violation every time something happens. Instead of giving you are warning or just talk to you like a person. This goes on to their "permanent record" of you. It feels heartless and cold instead of the old manager that all the other reviews loved. It makes you feel like you have to live in fear. I would not live here again and recommend against it.
Property Manager at 999 Hiawatha, Responded To This Review
Hi there - We appreciate your feedback and are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We go above and beyond to accomodate our residents and make sure that home feels like home! Reoccurring lease violations are a rare issue on this property. We only issue violations when residents continue to violate the same policy and we continue to have problems from it. It sounds like this may have been the case? Either way, we always have direct communication with residents to work through any and all reoccurring issues to help remedy as best we can. We wish you the best at your new home and hope it's a better fit you. Please contact the office directly if there's anything further you'd like to discuss!
999 Hiawatha is newly built and the staff is friendly and their availability is great. The grounds are kept clean with their cleaning staff. The rent is competitive for the area and think its a tremendous value with rooftop area for grilling and lounging, in unit washer/dryer, free internet with basic channels, flat rate for w/s/g. The best thing about the place is that it is nice and quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors next to me or above me. This is a pet friendly place and a lot of the renters have dogs. Location is great as well, bus stop to downtown is 5 min away and easy access to major highways. The apartment is situated next to a park and runs along a bike route for bike commuters. Some negatives would be the apartment does get pretty hot in the summer and it doesn't help the windows suck. I park my car on the street and have had them broken into a few times but they do have garage parking available at extra cost. The build quality is okay, seems like it could have been better.
Great location. Right off I90, and a five minute drive to Capitol Hill and Downtown. Area is very well maintained and the staff is great. Love the rooftop, amazing views of Mt Rainier. Overall great place to live!
