Our beautiful estate near the beach in seacoast NH is available for the winter, until June 1, 2025, roughly. (Also will be available in the summer but at a much higher monthly rate.) Enjoy walks on the beach, pickleball on the tennis court if the snow stays away, pool in the summer and stunning high-end interior design. Snow plowing/landscaping/water is included in the rent but cable/heat/electric/internet is additional. This is a beloved family home and has never been rented before.
