Regarded as both an entertainment wonderland and the birthplace of the boysenberry, Buena Park is a SoCal suburb with a fascinating story. Located just west of Anaheim, Buena Park has a rich history as a rural town that evolved into a theme park destination. Knott’s Berry Farm, Buena Park’s most renowned landmark, began as a small family-owned berry farm. Today, Knott’s Berry Farm is known as California’s first theme park, drawing visitors from all over the world to enjoy its world-class rides, interactive experiences, shows, and delectable eats.
Outside of its Entertainment Corridor (which also includes Medieval Times, Pirate’s Dinner Adventure, Teatro Martini, and Knott’s Soak City water park), Buena Park offers residents access to a host of suburban conveniences in a central locale. Shopping options abound at Buena Park Mall, in addition to nearby Amerige Heights Town Center and Los Cerritos Center. Potential for outdoor recreation is endless at Ralph B Clark Park.

Property Ratings at 9th Street Apartments
Manager does not take care of the apartments and treats the residents poorly.
They do a really good job of showing older photos of a clean up to date place. In fact the apartments are always dirty. The laundry rooms are nothing but a mess with months and months of build up of lint. They actually just put a sign saying not to use the dryers because they will cause a fire. A FIRE!!! The last few months garages have been broken into and nothing is being done to try to fix it, they are not willing to add more locks or even something as simple as replacing lights. 3-4 lights have been out for as much as the break ins have been happening. Instead of trying to resolve this, being told to place items into a storage. If I'm paying for a garage I should be able to store some stuff in there without the fear of it being stolen. Graffiti on the garages, fences and walls. When you get your bill the way it's broken down is also suspicious. You are billed trash, electricity, and water which I get but then you also get a separate bill for water trash and electricity. SO I have to pay for my my utilities and the apartment complexes too! Lately there have been young guys who are always on the street and approaching cars (not surprised if they are dealing drugs.) Does nothing about the homeless people who are always around. The vacant lot next door is empty and always has homeless just hanging around. Manager again does nothing or even tries. Doesn't clean up or respond within a reasonable time. Water is always being shut off every other week. If you can avoid these units I would. As soon as I get a chance I'm moving out.
