If you are looking for an apartment complex, I implore you to stay away from the one I had the misfortune of renting from. This apartment is a complete catfish, and I cannot stress this enough. The pictures on their website are not a true representation of what you will get when you move in. Once you step into your new apartment, you will be hit with the reality that it is dark, dingey, and musty. The rent prices are not an accurate depiction of what your monthly expenses will be, and you will find yourself paying an exorbitant amount for "common area maintenance" and water. To add insult to injury, the electric bill will be astronomical, even if you keep a very reasonable home. We had a monthly bill of over $200, and this was not a one-time occurrence. When we asked the complex if we could get our HVAC inspected, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply stating that "it is what it is." To top it all off, when we moved out, we were hit with unreasonable charges. We left no major messes and never damaged the carpet, but we were charged over $700 to replace it. When we asked for documentation agreeing to the conditions, the complex replied with "we don't do that." It was a complete shock and left us feeling ripped off. I cannot stress enough how much I regret my decision to lease this apartment. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your housing needs. This complex is not worth the time, money, or stress. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
These people suck. They overcharged for everything, didn't pick up trash for weeks, they charged us thousands and thousands of dollars of fees. The people at the office can do nothing for you, the maintenance team sucks, tickets go unanswered. The units look nice at first but are falling apart. The corporation that runs the property is ruthless and is completely insulated from the residents. Don't be fooled like we were.

This place sucks. They are constantly doing construction/painting/repairing things. Expect to get a notice on your door 3 times a week about more work being done. Expect to have to clear your porch every few weeks for whatever reasons. Expect parking lots to be closed with no notice. Expect your car being towed in the morning because they are doing pavement work without notice. Expect both pools to be filled with dozens of kids, its like a daycare. Expect bags of dogshit on top of the dumpsters because they are always closed. Expect your AC to never blow below 80 degrees. Expect never to have your windows open because this place is full of ciggy smokers who smoke outside. The buildings look nothing like the pictures on the website.....they are all white now. Looks super trashy because its all white....the trim around windows etc are not a different color. Neighbors upstairs porch was robbed....the light post below it blew over and was never fixed, so it is dark. Apts here do not have fire extinguishers! Was told a grill was ok, bought one, then a month later get a notice saying they are banned. Maintenance crew comes inside your apt without notice....once when I was in the shower! Bottom line, don't let the website fool you. You will dislike living here.

This is my third year here. In April I was late with my rent like 2 days, never late previously. I was sent that very rood letter telling me I was late and that I may be responsible for attorney fees, court costs etc. why couldn't I be sent a friendly reminder by email before sending me a letter making me feel like a criminal. Nothing could be further from the truth. I realize there are probably many people who are late, but I'm not one of them.
Not sure about all of the apartments but our apartment is really dated and beat up. The appliances work well which is great. We can hear our neighbors close their doors and can hear every car drive by - traffic noise is constant and loud.
It seems like a safe community. People are friendly. There are a lot of dogs. The Bear Creek trail system is steps away. It's close to Bear Creek Lake and Morrison.
I've lived here for a year and I loved every second of it. it's a little expensive but I feel it's entirely worth it! staff is generally pretty friendly, and the grounds are always very clean.
Super friendly vibe from office staff, absolutely LOVE all the green areas around the complex, and so happy that I can have all three of my dogs! All of my visitors have been impressed. Can't wait for my family to come visit.
Only downfall is outdated fixtures inside the apartment. Outside is well kept and has a very safe and clean feel. Great location.

Safe, fairly quiet neighborhood, mostly quiet and considerate neighbors. Convenient location, never had any issues. Really enjoyed living here and miss it!
The apartment community feels like a friendly neighborhood, the quality of the staff is excellent, There is an on site maintenance person, I'd feel I was sending my referral to a trustworthy, quality establishment.
The only reason why I did not give "Very Likely" is because it is very highly priced for what you get at Village. One can go a bit farther south on Kipling and get more room for their money. Where I love the relationship I have with Village, I can not afford staying here. It might be different if it was a gated community or if the appliances were updated, carpets were new(-er), or less patching of the white porcelain sink and oven. They were definitely cleaned when I moved in, but the cleaning crew did a terrible job in bathrooms, doors, and floors. It was at best, presentable. I have dogs--no need to go further as you can understand.
I would recommend it but with the disclaimer that the last 2 years I have seen drastic rent hikes. But that was with the old management company. I almost left to go somewhere else previously as the rent hike was ridiculous.
The apartments are beautiful and spacious, our neighbors are friendly and easy-going, and the office staff - especially Krystle - have been phenomenal.
I think I would recommend this community. The office staff is helpful and responsive. The area is beautiful. The one cautionary would be the cost.
Pinnacle management is awful. They are very hard to contact. Our refrigerator has been broken for 4 days and we have still not heard back from them despite multiple maintenance requests and phone calls. The old management would contact us when packages arrived and respond promptly to maintenance requests. This is no longer happening with the new management. I would strongly recommended looking somewhere else....
We my family an I (hubby and 3 kids) love living here! We have never had any problems. The staff is so friendly ever time you see them inside or outside the office. The grounds are always maintained and kept beautiful you always see them working on something to keep it looking good. Its very quiet never had any issues with noise. There is plenty of parking so you never have to park to far away, the also have inexpensive carports you can rent. There are tons of kid who play outside all the time. All in all a beautiful place to raise a family. #lovethisplace #homesweethome
There are many good things about Village at Bear Creek. Lots of floor plan options. Good amount of amenity choices. Location right on Bear Creek Trail. Right on express bus line to downtown Denver. Pet Friendly. However, there have been some things that have soured our experience. Sidewalk and parking lot maintenance in the winter is almost non-existent. They don't get around to clearing snow until mid-day when people have already had to leave to go to work, etc...Maintenance is friendly, but they have a band-aid over the bullet wound mentality. We struggled to get our furnance/AC truly fixed for almost a year. They just kept doing little things instead of finally replacing the whole unit. I think this probably stems from the lack of control due to corporate structure. Office staff is hit or miss. Thankfully, the one airhead we had issues with almost every time we asked about something is no longer there. It essentially comes down to they are really powerless to do anything significant. It's all up to corporate. Rent is expensive, but everywhere in Denver is right now. Would we rent here again? Probably, since all apartment complexes tend to have their issues. The location and pet policy are enough to keep us until we can get into something of our own.
Have lived here for 2 years now, these apartments are a little dated than most others.. Expect high energy bills trying to keep it warm in the winters and cool I the summers.. Does have real fireplaces 2 pools a hot tube and a gym... Although along with most places around they like to raise the rent every chance they get... Close to red rocks amplatheater which is always nice...
my apartment rent is too much it's too little and my appliances are way too old two bedroom two bath two daughters two animals to small, how my supposed to make it in this world to save money to buy house when rent is outrageous now days. my lease is up in a couple of months and I'm afraid to review my new lease they're offering I feel that it's gone up, oh goodness!

Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
