Worst move ever! This place is a dump. Repairs are never made. Can't wait til my lease is up! I would rate it a negative 5 stars if I could.
This place is horrible. Nothing but random people walking around selling drugs. The laundry room is awful ,homeless people use it as their restroom. Also it's infested with roaches the entire complex needs to be plowed down.
This apartment complex is the worst place to live. First of all management sucks, this lady is a lying sneaky lady. She will tell you one thing and never do anything.The first problem that happened was a horrible smell that went on for 3 weeks, told the management at the time that it was a bad smell assuming it was a pluming problem and they never came to check it out.Turns out our next door neighbor was dead for x amounts of weeks and we had to inhale he decomposing body for 3 weeks until rent was over due for him and they finally came to get his body.. I should've went to the health department then, due to how it affected my health. Secondly there was a fire in my apartment and had to(didn't have to was con into thinking was we wouldn't own any money due to still living on the property and had rental insurance) get moved into a new apartment, even through they didn't have any apartments available they moved us into a showroom apartment. After the first week we let them know the kitchen light needed bulbs and the electricity was going in and out. It took 3 weeks to get kitchen light fixed, the manager told us the whole apartment needed to be rewired completely and was waiting on approval from corporate to get an electrician that's why they couldn't fix the kitchen light. The on-site maintenance man came to fix our kitchen light and also stated that our apartment needed to be rewired. Nobody never came to rewire our apartment and we was without electricity in the front of our apartment for a month and a half then when paying rent I reminded them that my apartment was still not been working properly and still nothing was done. After being without Air/heat and hot water and a working apartment for 6 weeks the finally had someone to try and fix what was wrong, but the apartment needed too much work and the complex manager told me that she was going to let us out our lease and refund the prorated rent. Came the day to exchange keys and letting us out our lease and everything, she goes to say the after speaking with her supervisor, " We don't owe you any money back and we are not letting you out of your lease, if you chose to stay that is up to you." She refused to due a finally walk through because she felt nervous/ uncomfortable. All in all the worst place to live. Take my advise and just drive past this place and save your money
Roaches are infested in that entire complex.... they were EVERYWHERE!!!! Anytime I cooked or brought food home they would come out of everywhere and get into... we literally couldn't eat at home. Our 2 year old would eat dinner and riches would crawl out of her high chair... Our neighbors below and next to is had them too. The management could have cared less, I told them in over 30 emails about it and they would occasionally send the exterminator over to spray chemicals everywhere (I was pregnant at the time too)not to mention the summer was miserable because of the heat and our A/C broke once (sometimes twice) a week and the maintenance guy even told us that the unit was over 50 years old... Yet we never got a new one. It was also never completely fixed either because it was 90 degrees everyday during the summer.... Yet they said it was fine. This place is not suitable to live in... don't waste your money. We hired a lawyer and had our lease lifted because it was so bad and Eagle Crest didn't even fight back because they knew how bad it was.
This place is absolutely horrible. so many bugs, it takes forever for someone to come and spray. So much noise from wondering people out side. Just a dirty place not worth the price at all.
This place was great until March 2015 when my AC went out. It has almost been four months now with a broken AC unit. I have been to the office on a weekly basis, sent in multiple emails, and they don't answer their phone. I have been here since February 2014 and had no problems until now and with a gimp ac unit my electric bill for the last few months has been sky high and I can't afford it anymore. Then they put in window units as a fix I am not a happy camper and I am not the only one, there is three window units just on my building alone.
The roaches will invite themselves to dinner while you have your plate in your hand. Last summer the pool turned yellow there was so much urine in it. The neighbors do not pay attention to noise level. Tired of listening to people screaming outside my door after 10 PM. The workout room has mostly broken equipment. Parking is a problem because people wont tell their guests to park in guest parking. This place is a joke.
Lived her over 2 years and haven’t had any issues. They are kept clean and have safe. Staff is very professional and helps in any way they can. The apartments are close to just about anything you need. It has a bus I ride to TSTC and offers spiracles to students. The maintenance is fast and friendly. I love it here.
