Dove Landing Apartments

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dove Landing! This community is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-kept and inviting the entire space is. The newly remodeled interiors are modern and cozy, creating a warm and loving atmosphere that feels like home. The staff at Dove Landing are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents' well-being. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome and valued. One of the highlights of living here is the beautiful pool area. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating this lovely outdoor space. Overall, Dove Landing is more than just a place to live; it's a community where you feel supported and cherished. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Currently live here but will not for much longer. There is a hole in my ceiling that has been there for over 6 months I have put in multiple request to have it fixed. They have entered my apartment with out warning or my permission. They towed my vehicle because of the inspection sticker being out of date, which is my fault but having the vehicle of a tenant that pays rent on time every month causes no problems and has tried to work with them over this roof leak and hole is just ridiculous. Also the key fob doors have never worked crack heads can come sleep on the steps inside the building. thieves can run around the building stealing and doing whatever they want. if you put in a work order for repairs they will mark it complete with out even looking at it. And on top of all this they have raised the rent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Do not move here I know the price makes it seem with it but looks can be deceiving. Upon signing the lease we only saw a model not our actual complex. Then when we actually got inside the place there were roaches in the cabinet on our first day there!!! They deny any wrong doing for anything. avoid at all cost.

The application process was easy, all the staff I've ever encountered, whether it be the office staff or the field staff, all are very courteous, requests for jobs to be done within the apt are always done within a reasonable time if not immediate. The pool is fabulous, so of course u wonder, why doesn't many swim in it. There are always doggie poop bags on the premises. If anything is a strike against them it is a lack of respect within neighbors themselves and its usually the same few, the typical complaints of louder music or LOUD running down the thin carpeted wooden steps & landings. Folks allow the front door to slam , never considering those on the 1st floor have to hear that constantly.Most noise levels can be avoided if there were a sense of respect. But most people are decent folks. When considering the rent, it's a good buy . Never heard of any vandalism or theft. Good location, grounds kept up well due to great field staff.. Horrible apartment complex ! Management is never available, guests cars get towed constantly with the quickest tow I've witnessed be 15 minutes after a guest parked and came inside. Maintenance is unresponsive to pre existing conditions to rental. Bathrooms are atrocious with peeling paint and falling apart fixtures. Normally I wouldn't say I'm mad just disappointed, but in this case I'm both Mad and disappointed.

Do not waste your money here, they treat residents like criminals.

Bugs everywhere. Been exterminated 6 times now and management has done absolutely nothing about it. Been bringing the bugs into the office for weeks now and their answer today was "oh we haven't been treating for them" like what HAVE you been treating for this whole time? Clearly nothing if they keep coming back every single week. Not a peaceful place. Usually smells like smoke in the hallways. Take your business elsewhere, theres so many better places then this.

I have lived at Dove Landing in Va Beach for over three years and have enjoyed living here. I haven't had any major problems with my apartment and when something needed fixing the maintenance team got it fixed and running properly. The leasing team are very nice and always have smiles on their faces whenever you enter the leasing office. They work hard to keep the community nice. Another thing that I like about this community is they always have community socials throughout the year to bring everyone together to meet and have a good time. M. Taylor

It is our first apartment, a great experience but mainly a blessing. Its a pretty cool first place but i really wish i had a washer and dryer inside my apartment. Very spacious and peaceful.

The apartment itself is nice,with lots of storage,and nice size rooms.the value for the price is not really worth it.part of reason we moved here was for a complex with pool,which never opened.the neighborhood is not very safe.staff is nice,but if there's a maintenance issue it is a hassle,having to contact an outside office, where they are not so nice.Overall it's decent....but could get more for the money you pay.

I have lived in dove landing for over a year. I just transfered to a two bed room apartment. The first apartment I lived in had a lot wrong with it and the maintenance did a horrible job fixing things. They changed maintenance midway of me moving in. The second apartment we moved into is alot better then the first. It is a decent place to live in for a cheap price.
