I relocated from Brentwood, TN. I looked at a lot of properties and hands down Abberly was the winner. The apartments were built in 2019 so they are up to date and the grounds are immaculate. The resort type pool and clubhouse is stunning. The leasing staff (Kaitlin, Jordan and Amy) are all about customer service. Harry in maintenance is amazing. I was shocked that these apartments are cheaper than many of the much older ones close by. I will be working in Midlothian and the location is perfect for me. I would recommend anyone needing to lease a property in this area to come talk with the leasing agents I listed above.

This apartment complex was one of NINE that I viewed. A new territory for me, and along with that came a hundred questions. Abberly CenterPointe provided everything that I needed, and then some. Wonderful amenities, a quiet, safe environment, and easy access to highways - great proximity to both north and south (midlothian or hull st). I love the doggy park, the doggy spa, the gym. The staff are helpful and kind - Alisa Bingham (Assist. Comm. Manager) for one, has been especially helpful in helping me settle in, figure out a few things, and become acclimated to apartment life. I look forward to upgrading to a larger apartment, to exploring the amenities in more detail, and being here for many years to come. Great customer service!!! We were looking for an apartment for my parents and we were down to two choices. The other place was offering better move in discounts, but the Staff at the Abberly were so professional, we knew our parents would be safe and happy at Abberly. A special thanks to Alisa, as she made the process as easy as possible, and walked us step by step through the whole process. Even after we moved in, the customer service was excellent. My parents are older and have a few disabilities, so we requested a couple adjustments, and everything was done immediately. A month later and we are still happy. Easy to find parking, a nice little playground for kids, friendly neighbors, and much more.

This sentence in the About Abberly at Centerpointe section is false. "As a resident, you will fall in love with our Adrenaline Cardio and Strength Studio open 24 hours a day." The Fitness Center is only open during the Rental Office business hours because the key fobs that the residents are supposed to have are non-existent. The security gates are not operational and neither is the security at the entrances. Also, the Business Center and C-Lounge are there for looks and not for the residents. The finishes and workmanship in the units is shoddy and you have to clean your own apartment upon move-in. You definitely do not get what you pay for here.

We're sorry you're having a negative experience as customer service is important to us. Prior to residents moving in it is discussed that construction is doing the final work to enable 24/7 access to the clubhouse amenities and gates. Meanwhile, all residents are invited to register on line for an available time in any of the clubhouse amenities during the 7 days when the clubhouse is open. The reservations were initiated at the beginning of COVID per the CDC guidelines to limit the number of residents accessing the amenities at a given time. We have began the process of assigning resident FOBS. Please look for emails with more information. I would like to address the concerns you shared with the condition of your apartment during move in. Please contact the management office directly so that we can rectify your issues. We have lived here at Abberly for almost two years and we love it!!! We chose Abberly because we wanted a new upscale private apartment with nice amenities and we are very pleased with our choice. We love the amenities, especially the pet park and the pet spa where we can wash and dry our dogs and there are tennis balls left for the dogs which is a nice touch, they really do think of everything here. We love that Abberly is a pet friendly community and enjoy spending time with all the other dogs and dog parents :). The pool, car center and everything is so convenient. We are also very pleased with management. Susan, Alisa, Aneisha and Caroline are all so helpful and kind. They are so quick to help with anything and want to make sure we are happy. Any time we need something they are right there to jump in. Sometimes I am shocked at how quickly they respond :) The maintenance team is also superb. We rarely have a need for maintenance but when we do they are quick and efficient and always a pleasure to talk to. We feel like they are all part of our family. :)

This is my favorite place I've ever lived! My fiancé would agree. It has updated appliances, granite counter tops, and we were the first people to live in our specific apartment. Because of Covid, we do not use the amenities, however; I think you can sign up for time slots. Our patio has a beautiful view of a pond and trees. The pond has a nice side walk that we like to take walks on. The leasing staff was nothing but helpful and nice to us with the move in process. Definitely recommend moving here!

I would give half a star if it was available. I called to get pricing and availability is and was told depends on when you move in and how long your lease was I told her within a shorter timeframe and 18th month lease and asked if I could get a price and she goes well that depends on when you move and I said sooner than later again I’m just trying to find out prices. I asked if there was a apartment on the first floor and she said let me check next 30 days and then I got nothing but static for two minutes. Phone disconnected. So I called back three times And all I got was leave a voicemail for the office staff. After reading a couple reviews this place I don’t plan on renting here and if that’s how they treat Rich Gas now I don’t want to be treated that way if I were to move in there.
I moved in in October after months of construction delay. Everything was fine for about two weeks until I started noticing MAJOR drops in the water pressure, sometimes so low I didn’t have ANY water. Everyone in the building was experiencing this until they FINALLY increased the building water pressure MONTHS later. Now in MARCH I’m apparently the “only one” experiencing water pressure drops still. We’re in a pandemic, people, and I can sometimes not wash my hands or shower. I called the office when my pressure dropped again and was “assured maintenance would be notified” and nothing has come of it. I emailed the property manager and HHHunt this past week with video evidence of my water pressure dropping and I have been ignored. This is not “luxury.” I highly do NOT recommend living here.

The previous reviewer praises this place, but they must have been paid because no one else here knew this place was an active construction zone with no amenities before moving in. I don’t know how they were told when the manager Susan admitted she didn’t even know about the amenities until they moved on site a few days prior to residents beginning to move in. So while they’re ok without the amenities, many other residents need the amenities they were told about when they rented the apartment. I don’t know what weather delays they speak of bc it’s been spring and summer and they still haven’t had anything finished when they said it would be finished. We were told everything would be done by August, now they’re saying October. This place is a mess and haven’t been honest about the state of these apartments.

We apologize if you are not pleased with how the communication was delivered about the amenities within the community. We have always tried to communicate updates and delays as quickly as we receive confirmation. Prior to the beginning of our first move ins, we were not aware of any delays. Once we learned of the delays, we were very disappointed to have to deliver the news. When our first building was move-in ready, residents moved in at different times and those with later move-in dates received notification of the amenities delay. Many times with construction, delays can be caused by weather. While we experienced over 190 days of inclement weather during our construction year in 2018, there have been additional delays which currently include elevator installations. It is a priority for HHHunt to get our amenities delivered to our residents. In the meantime, we have offered a recreational package through the YMCA and will continue to mitigate the impact until the amenities are delivered.
So far we have had a great experience. We moved in late April and have enjoyed the apartment and community thus far. Many people have complained about no amenities being available, however this was communicated to us in advance and though I'm not positive, I'm sure our rent is somewhat discounted given this. Compared to the prices at comparable apartment complexes, I think we are getting a good deal, even without any amenities. The valet trash service is available and has been from the beginning so there is something. Because there was no gym and no pool and construction kept getting push back (as it does with any construction), the apartment complex was nice enough to offer alternatives to residents at no charge (something they did not have to do). In my opinion, they went above and beyond which shows a great level of customer service and a willingness to listen to their residents. Additionally, they have scheduled two different social events for residents with food and drinks. We have had a few maintenance issues to be addressed and they are always addressed in a timely manner and all the staff from maintenance to office are very friendly and willing to help. We moved from a house but had previously lived in another "luxury" apartment complex in Chesterfield and it didn't compare. I would have given up the amenities there to have what we currently have now.

Abberly at Centerpointe claims to be a Pet Friendly property, but unfortunately they do not allow any dogs to visit my dog or my apartment, not even for the day. Deposits are made for reasons. So I’m glad I signed a short lease. My friends have dogs and my parents have a dog and when anyone visits me, none of them can bring their dog to see me or my dog. I have never rented from any property, especially a higher end one that didn’t allow pets to visit. Construction has been delayed on the main building so there are absolutely no amenities and no dog park that I’m paying for right now and there won’t be until a few months before my lease ends, which I was just informed of AFTER signing the lease. There’s no call box or any way to let your guests in without having to go down and let them in. Again, haven’t had that issue anywhere else, especially in nicer places. Obviously not so high end, which means it’s definitely not worth the price I’m paying for all these things that are available elsewhere, Especially the lack of amenities now for a longer period and Not being pet friendly. So search elsewhere if you want a better or more fun place for your dog and any type of amenities before your lease ends.

We are sorry that you’re not pleased with our animal policy. Our community is very animal friendly as we welcome our residents’ animals without any breed or weight restrictions. Our policies regarding visiting animals are to protect both our residents and our community. While there have been construction delays due to unforeseen inclement weather, management has provided our current residents with an exceptional alternative to enjoy both an outdoor & indoor pool, state of the art fitness equipment, exercise classes & more at a nearby facility at our expense.
