This place is a rip off. Your AC will go out at least 5 times during the summer. The office will mess up your account by overcharging you and taking weeks to correct it. Your car will get broken into. Good luck with the gate. This place is worthless besides the homeless guy that digs in dumpster every morning, he is nice!

Gate never works. Charge you for everything they can. Trash service and compactor are a joke. New personnel in Leasing Office and Maintenance Team every month. Maintenance team is not very well trained and very uncoordinated with scheduling. Dog poop everywhere and if you have a dog you will get charged for it regardless. Internet contracted through WOW dont get me started. Not worth the money at all. Live here for 2 consecutive 12+ month leases for the convenience to and from work. If it was not for that convenience i would have been gone a long time ago. I have two months less and Im counting the days. Beware of this property, i would advise to go elsewhere.

My car was hit in the parking lot a week into my stay here, I filled a police report and spoke to the complex office. The office workers were not concerned and told me they couldn't do anything and to file a police report, which I did. I asked if there was camera footage to see if we could notice anything and they said they would not look at it and I couldn't either. $500 later I got my car fixed. They also are ridiculous when it comes to deposit refunds and they have a ton of hidden fees! My fiancé at the time, now husband, put his deposit down when he first moved in and paid for the application fee and everything to get approved. I moved in 7 months later and we had to pay another application fee and pay for another gate opener. We later got a dog so we paid a $350 non-refundable deposit for that. We have yet to get any refund from our deposit and we moved out in September. They charged us to replace the entire carpet and for the vinyl flooring tear. I understand carpet sometimes needs to be replaced, but some can just be cleaned. I am pretty sure they replace all the carpet anyway when someone moves out, or at least get it cleaned. I would have rather paid to have it cleaned than replaced. Regardless, that $350 pet deposit didn't cover any of the charges that they listed, which is why the carpet was replaced. When we got our dog she was a puppy and barked when we weren't home. They suggested to us that we get a shock bark collar since others were complaining. I do know that it can be annoying but I called and complained about other dogs barking and nothing happened with that. If you are going to pick and choose which pet cases you worry about and tell people to get shock collars I would suggest not being a pet-friendly apartment complex. I also called and complained about the loud noise from the room above us, since I was on zoom calls all day and my baby niece was there at the time with her mom. They tell me it was them replacing the carpet above us and they were not concerned, which makes me wonder do they always replace the carpet and keep your deposits? The cleanliness of the ground is subpar. They do not clean the stairwells anymore and there is dog poop everywhere. We had a dog and picked up after her, but you go to the fenced-in dog areas and you can't even play with your dog for fear of stepping in poop. They charge people $25 for not picking up pet remains, which doesn't happen. And that shocks me because they nickel and dime you to death.

Nothing good to say about the place. Always find trash in the breezeway, residents are allowed to blast their music on the patio all hours of the day, front gate has been broken for months on end, the apartment sign is broken and laying in the street as soon as you come through the entrance, the front office staff rotate every 6 months to a year and show little to no concern for your concerns. Always find a way to charge some sort of fee. Parking is sparce. Nothing great to say

Hidden cost of water was shocking. For 3 people our bill was $104.00 a month. Spoke with office and company that provides bill they both said oh that isn’t bad. That is really bad had four bedroom house with three bathrooms and a pool did not cost that a month. Abberly Crossing also has a horrible issue with dog waste. They can’t get it under control and it is every where at times. When paying luxury prices I was sadly disappointed with this property and don’t recommend living at Abberly Crossing.

I love Abberly Crossing at ladson SC. I've been here since May. I have a pool view it's amazing and quiet. The stuff is nice they help you when you need it. I just wish the kitchen was bigger I love to cook.
I currently live in Abberly Crossing Apartments in Ladson South Carolina, a few miles from Charleston. They are wonderful new apartments here in the Northern Charleston area which I right next to a lot of big company such as BOEING, CUMMINS, DAIMLER and the 911 Emergency Call Center. A lot of people from out of town seek living here because its an upcoming area and they are building up around the property a lot. Having an elementary school directly across the street is very convenient for ones with kids. A fire department not even a mile away, beautiful houses around the area and a nice shopping plaza also. Abberly Crossing is highly recommended here in the Charleston area for its outstanding scenery, amenities, location and a excellent staff. Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer, screened in patio and valet trash. As a nice addition, the first property I seen that had an electric car plug in and also the option to rent out a 2bedroom 2bathroom guest suite for only $85 a day, furnished with cable and internet. Even if I go out of town to Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or any city that the company has property in, I can rent a apartment for a day for less than a hotel. HHHUNT is ok with me... Daryl R. I have lived in Abberly Crossing apartments for about two years now and it has been a great experience living here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and the location of the property is fantastic.
Moving to Abberly has been a great decision! Absolutely love the amenities and staff! I do get some noise from above me but it is an apartment after all! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!
